Our Party Like It’s 1999! balloon garland kit will help make your party the talk of the town! 100% do it yourself, we provide everything that you will need to create a beautiful backdrop for your celebration. This garland would be a perfect backdrop for various events including New Year’s Eve, Bachelorette Parties, Bridal Showers, etc.

– 11″ gold confetti balloons (7)
– 11″ clear balloons (10)
– 5″ balloons in clear, gold, and silver (50)
– 5′ balloon decorating strip
– balloon glue stickers
– 1 dual action balloon air pump
– 2 wall hooks

The garland takes approximately 60 – 90 minutes to put together and does not require any previous balloon handling or crafting experience.

Balloons arrive deflated and are filled with the balloon air pump that is provided. For best results, inflate within 48 hours of your event, but closer is better.

We use FedEx 3 business day shipping, with arrival time in 3-4 business days. By way of example, if you place an order on Monday before 6 pm PST, we will ship the item on Tuesday (in some cases, we will ship the same day, but this is not guaranteed). FedEx treats the next day, Wednesday, as day 1, so your purchase will arrive on Friday. Delays can occur due to holidays, inclement weather, worker strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances with FedEx. We recommend ordering at a minimum, one week before your event just to be safe. If you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or a U.S. Territory, we will use USPS instead of FedEx, and please select the appropriate shipping upgrade at checkout.
