Included in your Balloon Garland Kit (balloon quantity varies based on the garland size):

– An assortment of 11″/12″ balloons in green swirl, clear/black polka dot, pink and red
– An assortment of 5″ balloons in two shades of pink, two shades of green, and red
– Balloon decorating strip
– 1 dual action balloon air pump
– 2 wall hooks
– twine

This garland takes approximately 60 – 120 minutes to put together and does not require any previous balloon handling or crafting experience. Detailed instructions are included to help guide you.

The 10′ balloon garland that is the primary listing picture will measure 11′ – 12′ depending on balloon placement at the ends of the balloon decorating strip.

We use FedEx 3 business day shipping, with arrival time in 3-4 business days. By way of example, if you place an order on Monday before 6 pm PST, we will ship the item on Tuesday (in some cases, we will ship the same day, but this is not guaranteed). FedEx treats the next day, Wednesday, as day 1, so your purchase will arrive on Friday. Delays can occur due to holidays, inclement weather, worker strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances with FedEx. We recommend ordering at a minimum, one week before your event just to be safe. If you are shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, please select the appropriate shipping upgrade at checkout.

Balloons arrive deflated and are filled with the balloon air pump that is provided. For best results, inflate within 48 hours of your event, but closer is better.
