Our ice cream balloon garland kit will help make your party the talk of the town! 100% do it yourself, we provide everything that you will need to create a beautiful backdrop for your celebration. The kit will be prepared within 1 business day of purchase and arrive in 3-4 business days via FedEx.

** The original 11 inch mint green balloons shown in the picture were discontinued by the manufacturer. All kits will include the 11 inch version of the 5 inch balloons that were used in the primary listing photo. This can also be seen in the 5th listing picture (#39). **

This balloon garland kit works well with rainbow, Easter, and ice cream themed parties.

“ONE” Mylar balloons are NOT included in the kit.

The garland takes about 60 minutes to put together and does not require any previous balloon handling or crafting experience. We provide detailed assembly instructions with purchase.

Balloons arrive deflated and are filled with the balloon air pump that is provided. For best results, inflate within 48 hours of your event, but closer is better.

We use FedEx 3 business day shipping, with arrival time in 3-4 business days. By way of example, if you place an order on Monday before 6 pm PST, we will ship the item on Tuesday (in some cases, we will ship the same day, but this is not guaranteed). FedEx treats the next day, Wednesday, as day 1, so your purchase will arrive on Friday. Delays can occur due to holidays, inclement weather, worker strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances with FedEx. We recommend ordering at a minimum, one week before your event just to be safe. If you are shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, please select the appropriate shipping upgrade at checkout.
