How We Got Started
Landai and I got engaged in January 2016 and almost immediately, we were faced with a significant decision regarding the events leading up to the wedding: To go the do-it-yourself route, or not? We opted to DIY with design assistance from Landai’s best friend, Shelli, and thought that we would save tons of money. We were wrong. After spending countless nights, weekends, and lots of spare time on invitations, save the dates, wedding programs, etc., we probably saved ourselves at the most a couple hundred bucks. We didn’t account for some overlooked equipment purchases, as well as additional material expenses from mistakes that were made during the learning process. Looking back, it wasn’t worth the amount of time spent relative to how much we saved. This however was the inspiration for All Events Prints & Party Decor. Having gone through the wedding process, we understand the pitfalls of what works and what doesn’t. Our goal is to assist in providing professional paper products and party decorations to people at affordable prices, while eliminating countless hours of DIY. There are much better ways to spend your time leading up to big events such as your wedding. Enjoy it!

Jared came up with the original idea to open an Etsy shop, but going forward, his role is significantly different. He is a commercial real estate broker by trade and handles the business and financial aspects of All Events Prints.
